Filter Email Dengan Hotmail

Ikutlah panduan langkah ini, kaedahnya sama dengan Yahoo! Mail. Hanya Kedudukan Option berbeza. Disamping anda boleh create folder semasa menyediakan filter.

Langkah-langkah:
1. Sign in to the Windows Live Hotmail website with your Windows Live ID ( The user name and password that you use to sign in to any Windows Live, MSN, or Office Live sites and services. If you have a Passport Network, Hotmail, or Messenger account, you can use it as your Windows Live ID. ) .

2. On the Action bar, click Options, and then click More options. (Di sebelah kanan atas)
3. Di dalam senarai Customize your mail, click Automatically sort e-mail into folders.
4. Click New filter.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to specify which messages you want to filter and where you want to filter them, and then click Save. Kaedah sama dengan Yahoo! Mail dimana klik drop down menu, pilih subject contains  taipkan kod unik seperti RG09 atau sebagainya, kemudian pilihlah folder mana nak letak atau dekat new folder, masukkan folder yang anda hendak create.

Edit a filter

3. Under Customize your mail, click Automatically sort e-mail into folders.
4. Next to the filter that you want to edit, click Edit.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to specify which messages you want to filter and where you want to filter them, and then click Save.

Delete a filter

1. Sign in to the Windows Live Hotmail website with your Windows Live ID ( The user name and password that you use to sign in to any Windows Live, MSN, or Office Live sites and services. If you have a Passport Network, Hotmail, or Messenger account, you can use it as your Windows Live ID. ) .
2. On the Action bar, click Options, and then click More options.
3. Under Customize your mail, click Automatically sort e-mail into folders.
4. Next to the filter that you want to delete, click Delete.
5. Click Yes.
